The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by City-Parish governing statutes, ordinances, resolutions and policies from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing services to redesign the East Baton Rouge Parish Library (EBPRL) Website and provide development services to increase the effectiveness of EBPRL’s online presence.
