The City of Pittsburgh, Office of Management and Budget, is soliciting bids to replace our customized in-house built Web Content Management System Redtail/City Website with an enterprise level CMS.

High level requirements are data migration of 6K active pages, cloud web hosting, integrated web forms, user management, press release publication/email distribution, training materials and support.
