The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to design a new tourism website for the City of Newport News.  The new website must reflect the reinvigorated and refreshed Tourism message and share information via words and imagery to encourage guests and residents to experience Newport News.

The new website must provide users with richer content, easy-to-use travel planning tools, and reliable information about tourism opportunities in Newport News.
