The Divisions of Student Affairs, Strategic Communications and Information Technology at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) seek a mobile and desktop application (app) for a community of more than 2,300 students, faculty and staff. The app is a direct request from the student population via the Student Government Association (SGA), with the aim of improving the student experience by centralizing all relevant information from the university website and various student-facing departments and technology systems. The ability for the app to include
real-time integration with and authenticate users for canvas and banner is a top requirement for this project. It will also serve as a single point of connection between students, faculty and administration.
