The Downtown Worcester BID announces a call for proposals for innovative lighting installations as part of the 2024 Festival of Lights, hosted by the City of Worcester. This year’s event, scheduled for Friday, December 6, will kick off the holiday season in Worcester with stunning displays, festive performances, and a vibrant community celebration on the Worcester Common.

The BID is looking for creative lighting designs that will illuminate Downtown throughout the winter season, with both temporary and semi-permanent installations. If you are an artist, designer, or creative team with a vision for bringing warmth and light to our city during the coldest months, we want to hear from you!
