The Human Resources Department at Mott Community College (MCC) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that will include features such as payroll, time and attendance, benefits (to include online enrollment; leave management including leave tracking and leave bank update/management, FMLA administration, sending and maintaining continuation of health coverage (COBRA) notices, administration of required forms for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), payment of carriers via ACH), talent acquisition (including recruiting, onboarding, I-9 processing, employee background checks), talent management (performance, electronic personnel files, engagement surveys), offboarding (exit interviews, surveys), a training library to be managed via a learning management system, reporting, and a dashboard to display metrics (including turnover, cost per hire, source of hire, and injuries) as well as system design, project management, integration and data sharing with existing systems.
