PAFEC is looking for a firm to develop a Learning Management System, intending to offer online capacity building courses to students, ECD practitioners, teachers, parents, aspirants, caregivers, researchers, and entrepreneurs, to develop foundational understanding of Early Childhood Development, and Early Childhood Care and Education focusing on the child’s development, stimulation, learning, and care from conception to eight years of age. This digital platform will primarily be used for recorded lecturers, videos, research-based knowledge dissemination, sharing of learning materials relevant to the courses offered.
