The comprehensive Agenda Management System solution must have the ability to include policy information management, voting system and tracking system specifically capable of the generation and maintenance of agenda documentation for use by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.  The new solution must have an integrated or easy to integrate third party Boards Authorities module.
